Types of Memberships

Individual:
An individual who is employed by a healthcare provider or health-related organization, or is a consultant in the healthcare industry for patients and consumers of healthcare services and who works or resides in the State of New Jersey. Annual dues are $150.00

Hospital / Institution: An institution that is a healthcare provider, health-related organization or provides consultative services in the healthcare industry for patients and consumers of healthcare. This institution may send one individual to each meeting at no additional fee. Annual dues are $150.00.
